Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the event time. this will allow us to check you and get settled.

Safety is our priority. All areas will be dark and without light, so walking around in these conditions on your own is a NO GO. 

This very much depends on the venue with regards to size. Groups vary from 18 to 28

The best way to experience anything paranormal is to keep the groups small.

We break our guests into 3 groups e.g. 18 guests 3 group’s of six

Due to restrictions at our events, It is advisable that pregnant ladies do not attend. 

Haunted Heritage customer experience is paramount. This is your investigation our team are there to guide you and get the best of your time. If you have your own equipment, that’s absolutely fine. Yes bring it!
