Accessbility with Haunted Heritage
Accessibility – Here at Haunted Heritage, we are passionate about making our events accessible to everyone. Many of our venues are listed buildings and are not always fully accessible, and the environments might impede a user’s ability to access them. These venues have been recorded in the ticket section as ‘Not suitable’; however, if you are unsure, please call us, and we will gladly advise suitable venues.
If you are considering attending a Haunted Heritage event and have any access requirements, please let us know four weeks before your arrival so that we can ensure the best possible visit. We can also provide refreshments that meet specific dietary needs. So again, please let us know in advance.
For the Ghost Walks, we can direct you to the venue’s access statement for the (tramper or mobility scooters) which must be booked three months in advance.
Please note: This service is ONLY available for Ghost Walks and guides or service dogs due to lighting conditions.
