Highbury Hall – Birmingham
Over the years, many people who have worked at the house have reported seeing ghostly apparitions and have heard strange noises such as footsteps, crying, and unexplained knocking sounds. Some have even seen the apparition of a lady and a child walking the grounds. Visitors also often report feeling like they are being watched or followed around the house, which can be quite unsettling.
Highbury Hall, History at its finest!
Highbury Hall, is located just three miles outside of Birmingham’s city Centre and is surrounded by beautiful countryside. The house was commissioned by the Rt. Hon. Joseph Chamberlain, MP for the Birmingham area, in 1878. This was Chamberlain’s family home in Birmingham, and he named it Highbury Hall after a district in London where he spent his childhood.
Who will you encounter on your paranormal investigation here?
Joseph Chamberlain lived at Highbury Hall from 1880 until he passed away in 1914. It is unknown if his spirit still haunts his family home. According to census records, Joseph and his family had numerous servants. It is possible that some of them may still reside in the house.

We captured amazing pictures on camera and witnessed doors shutting on their own. Several staff members have shared their experiences seeing uniformed soldiers wandering the hall.
