The Haunted School House is a Grade 2 listed building and dates back to the 1800s. Situated near the ancient rocky mass known as Forest Rock in Leicestershire.

The Haunted school house, set back from the road in a wooded area this venue was not for prying eyes for a reason.
Is Pugin the designer?
Built in the mid-19th Century its design possibly attributed to the famous designer Pugin, its Gothic features and presence dose give this venue a spooky look. However, if the outside gives you shivers the inside most definitely will.
So what spirits continue to reside in this once family home? What history has this venue been a part of?
We know that this venue was most probably built on a chapel that predated the current building so you are in two haunted houses.
With many ghost stories, this is the ideal location for a paranormal investigation.
As a result of this, the haunted School house is an excellent venue, it has certainly has its fair share of ghost stories, and countless people have reported seeing ghosts!

Haunted Heritage have undertaken many investigations at the old house, and it never disappoints!
Our very own psychic medium used to deliver adult courses in the large room on the ground floor. Whilst clearing up she saw a full apparition of a young girl walking up the stairs, needless to say, she made a quick departure and left the building.
On another occasion during an investigation, the team sat in the attic area and during a ‘calling out’ session a pile of sports equipment (being stored there) came crashing down!
