Haunted Heritage – COVID-19 PROCEDURES

Update- New Government Guidelines 17th May 2021
Haunted Heritage is a Covid-19 Safe business as certified by Visit England “Good to Go” We only work with Heritage Locations, the ruling under this section reads as follows. ” Venues following COVID-19 secure guidelines (Heritage Location) can host more that 6 people in total, but no one should socialise in a group of greater than 6″
Under these guidelines Haunted Heritage are safe to operate.
Our planned ghost hunts and ghost walks will be going ahead unless otherwise dictated by the venue.

Please Note:

As from 17th May 2021. Ticket transfers will only be permitted if the venue cancels our booking under COVID restrictions.

From 21st June 2021 Haunted Heritage / SpiritWorld will revert back to our T & C as listed in our policies and that refunds will not be given or tickets transfered.

We are pleased to confirm that Haunted Heritage have successfully applied for and received certification from Visit England ‘We’re Good to Go’ Industry Standard.

It has been a challenging time and now we all need to work together and follow the guidelines.

We have been working closely with our Heritage Locations to ensure that all our guest and staff are safe during our investigations, ghost walks and psychic nights. Below are our guidelines as to what to expect during any of our events.

Just so you know:

We/Haunted Heritage will monitor our team leaders and team investigators prior to any event and ensure they are symptom free. They will be asked to inform us if there are any changes to their health.

Event Capacity.

  • We have reduced the number of guests at each event to comply with social distancing.
  • At each of our events we will have on site
  • Hand Sanitiser
  • Masks
  • Gloves
  • Disinfectant
  • Hand Wipes for equipment

Here are, our Seven step to events.

Step 1
Upon arrival, you will need to register and listen to instructions from the team.

Step 2.
Base room seating will be laid out to accommodate your social bubbles and social distancing.

Step 3. 
Hand sanitiser will be located at the entrance of the base room.
You MUST sanitiser or wash your hands every time you return to the base room.

Step 4.
All our equipment will be sanitised before the event and placed in a clear bag and issued to each guest during the welcome meeting and returned at the end of the event.  Do Not Swop equipment.

Step 5.
Guests can bring their own refreshment along. We will still be providing hot / cold drinks, these will be prepared to order for you and placed on a collection table. Snacks will be individually wrapped.

Step 6.
Social distancing will be compiled with and monitored throughout the evening.

Step 7
Face Masks are compulsory and must be worn throughout the event.

There will be no ‘hand holding’ during the protection circle.

The Haunted Heritage Team and heritage sites are working together to ensure you have a safe and entertaining experience, thank you for your patience and support.
